About the Center
The Mindfulness workshops offer a comprehensive investigation into the nature of stress and how it affects the Body-Mind. The Center also offers short courses in Interpersonal Mindfulness, which explores deeper investigation into the nature of our relationships using specific Mindfulness tools.
About Dr. Daniel Bruce
Daniel J Bruce, DOM (Doctor of Oriental Medicine) has been involved in health care for over 36 years. As a teacher, he facilitates workshops in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Tai Chi-Qigong. As a clinician, he has used a wide variety of modalities including acupuncture, herbs, somatic therapy and movement therapy. He has years of experience in the care and management of stress related illnesses and acute traumatic stress. His studies and volunteer work in Asia and elsewhere have provided perspectives and insights that continue to inform his current teachings and clinical practice.
